Shipping policy
All shipping is handled by USPS and/or UPS or the best carrier that works with your location and all shipments are insured. Items will be packed for safe travel by the carrier with the best handling time to your zip code. If you receive a damaged shipment, you need to refuse it and let us know right away by contacting info@myoutletmall.com.
Shipping outside of the USA may require additional import fees/duties My Outlet Mall does NOT collect these fees - it is the buyers responsibility to collect international duties/taxes and any this additional charge would fall onto the customer upon arrival at their residence/prior to being delivered by the carrier. Items shipped outside the USA may have different rules and regulations based on the country items are being shipped to. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure items purchased on Myoutletmall.com are legal and allowed to be imported into foreign countries. Myoutletmall cannot be held liable if the country we ship your item to seizes or restricts import of said purchased item by customs.
